The Systems Integrators (SI) Business Unit forms Centerprise International’s business to business operation. SI offers an expansive portfolio of products and services to wide range of companies operating in both the public and private sectors. The Business Unit has enjoyed enviable success in supporting Centerprise’s Tier 1 partners with a number of large scale ICT programmes.
SI offers a ‘one stop shop’ to its customers, which extends from the manufacturing of specialist computing hardware through to the full range of end-user compute managed services. We have a large customer base that includes most of the Defence Industry primes and some UK SMEs.
The ongoing transformation within Public Sector ICT, coupled with the Government’s aspiration to award more business to SMEs, has provided the opportunity for SI to go direct to market. This is evidenced by two contract awards with HM Treasury to provide Managed Print Services and Media and Wireless Services into their ICT 2015 Programme.

A strong tendency towards innovation and continuous service improvement underpins the Business Unit’s drive to offer best in class services. SI’s Service Delivery Managers are suitably empowered and are instructed to work to the Business Unit’s core tenet of ‘act now, consult later’ when faced with service-affecting issues. This positive approach to proactive and reactive service management has given rise to SI becoming a prominent (direct and indirect) supplier of end-to-end managed services to Central Government.
