Founded in 1983, we grew from UK manufacturing into national delivery and managed services. Our work now spans the public sector and Defence, cloud and continuity, and lifecycle services backed by evidence.
Centerprise began in 1983 and quickly moved into UK PC manufacturing to control quality and specification. In 1987, it became Centerprise International and launched LEO. By the end of the decade, we had entered public-sector procurement, and in 1990, we opened our headquarters in Basingstoke to support growth.
Throughout the 1990s, Centerprise expanded its delivery across Defence, the public sector, and retail, including DIGIT work, major contracts, and the launch of Ci Distribution to strengthen fulfilment and logistics. By 2001, turnover reached £150m.
In the 2000s, our business broadened into services, adding continuity capability through the ADAM Continuity (later rebranded as CiContinuity) acquisition and scaling operations in South Wales. In 2011, CORTEZ marked the first large, complex programme delivery.
In 2013, Centerprise founded Centiant International to meet secure UK Government requirements and acquired Yoyotech, expanding into high-performance computing. Our focus remained on investing in capabilities that support assured delivery.
Since 2017, we have invested in the areas our customers scrutinise most: proof, control, and repeatable delivery. Our lifecycle services strengthened how organisations evidence what happens to assets after use, while growth in operational capacity supported configuration, logistics and nationwide rollout at scale.
Through the launch of our UK sovereign CiCloud and expanded further in Wales, including a major site opening in Ystrad Mynach, backed by a £6 million investment to increase engineering capacity and customer access across the region.
Put simply, we broadened what we can deliver, where we can deliver it, and the proof we can show afterwards.
We build services around operational reality, with a focus on delivering solutions that work the first time.
From procurement readiness through to evidence and reporting, we understand what scrutiny looks like in regulated environments.
Facilities, tooling, people, and partnerships have been built over time to support repeatable outcomes, not one-off projects.
