Overview

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) became Government Commercial Agency, or GCA, on 1 April 2026.

Existing CCS frameworks and call-off contracts remain valid, and public sector buyers can continue to use relevant agreements in line with their original terms.

Through this agreement, eligible customers can procure hardware, software, associated services, education technology, secure technology requirements, catalogue-based technology purchases and circular IT services.

This route can support requirements including:

  • Infrastructure hardware
  • Software licensing
  • Peripheral equipment
  • Device services
  • Secure and assured technology requirements
  • Education technology
  • Refurbished or repurposed technology
  • Recycling and secure disposal services

 

Cloud Compute 2, RM6292

Centerprise is available on the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Core Services
  • Lot 2: Value-Added Ancillary Services
  • Lot 3: Professional Services

Through this agreement, eligible customers can procure cloud computing services and related support from Centerprise. This can include Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, cloud consultancy, adoption support, enterprise support and ancillary services connected to cloud use.

Technology Services 4, RM6190

Centerprise is available on the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Technology and Digital Consultancy Services
  • Lot 2: Transition and Service Integration and Management
  • Lot 3: End User Services
  • Lot 4: Infrastructure Management
  • Lot 5a: Application and Data Management, lower value and complexity


Through this agreement, eligible customers can procure technology services from Centerprise covering consultancy, transition, service integration, end-user support, device management and lower-value application and data management requirements.

G-Cloud 14, RM1557.14

Centerprise has services available through G-Cloud 14 on the Digital Marketplace.

This includes Centerprise Web Filtering Service by TitanHQ, a cloud based web filtering service that helps customers monitor, control and protect internet access across users and devices. The service supports malware and phishing protection, URL filtering, policy management, reporting, roaming device protection and user identification.

Customers can use G-Cloud 14 to procure the Centerprise services listed on the Digital Marketplace that match their requirements.

Cyber Security Services 3, RM3764.3

Centerprise is available under Cyber Security Services 3, supporting public sector customers with cyber security requirements through the Government Commercial Agency procurement route.

This route can support cyber security requirements aligned with Centerprise’s wider security, infrastructure, lifecycle and continuity capabilities, including practical advice, secure infrastructure support, cyber resilience, recovery readiness and secure technology lifecycle services.

As Cyber Security Services 3 is a dynamic purchasing system, customers should match their requirement to the relevant DPS filters and follow the applicable GCA buying process.
