Procurement Services, part of Commercial Services Group and a registered trading function of Kent County Council, provides compliant procurement frameworks for public sector customers.
Centerprise International is available through two current Procurement Services framework routes: ICT Managed Services & Consultancy (Y23038) and IT Hardware, ITAD & Associated Services (Y26005).
Centerprise International is available on Lot 1: ICT Managed Services.
Through this route, eligible customers can procure ICT managed services from Centerprise, including:
Centerprise is available on all four lots of the current IT Hardware, ITAD & Associated Services framework:
Lot 1: New IT Hardware
New IT hardware solutions, including installation and suitable associated software.
Lot 2: Remanufactured and Refurbished IT Hardware
Remanufactured and refurbished equipment supplied in line with the framework requirements for data wiping, factory reset and warranty provision.
Lot 3: IT Asset Disposition
Secure and compliant IT asset disposition services, including data wiping, secure storage and transportation, hardware destruction, disposal, on-site decommissioning, asset remarketing, value recovery and reporting.
Lot 4: One-Stop Shop
A combined procurement route covering new, remanufactured and refurbished hardware alongside IT asset disposition services.
The ICT Managed Services & Consultancy framework can be accessed by public bodies with the agreement of the contracting authority, including local authorities, government bodies, police and fire services, NHS organisations, academic institutions, third sector organisations and other eligible public sector customers.
The IT Hardware, ITAD & Associated Services framework can be used by eligible customers including government departments and agencies, NHS bodies, police, fire and ambulance services, schools, academies, colleges and universities, councils, housing associations, charities and other listed public bodies.
