Make a difference across the business

Help shape the application of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the Centerprise Group. Your audits, guidance and judgement will support effective management systems and give colleagues the clarity they need to work confidently.

Role summary

You’ll support the development and day-to-day administration of the Group’s management systems. Working with teams across the business, you’ll conduct audits, help resolve findings and assess how changes in legislation and guidance affect our processes.

What you’ll do

Management systems and governance

• Support the development and administration of quality, health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Keep informed of relevant legislative and statutory changes, and assess their impact on business processes and procedures.
• Help ensure industry best practice is reflected in the way we work.

Audits and improvement

• Help schedule and conduct management system audits across the Group.
• Review audit findings and work with colleagues to resolve them.
• Analyse information, identify key issues and recommend workable solutions.

Advice and collaboration

• Give colleagues at all levels clear guidance on management systems, processes and practices.
• Respond professionally to internal and external customer requirements.
• Develop your expertise and support the Group Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Manager in day-to-day activities.

• Audits are completed effectively, with findings understood and addressed.
• Colleagues have a clear understanding of the processes relevant to their work.
• Changes in legislation and guidance are identified and their business impact assessed.
• Management systems remain useful, current and consistently applied.
• Internal and external customers receive clear, reliable support.

What you’ll bring

Core experience

• A track record in quality, health, safety or environmental management.
• Experience conducting management system audits.
• Knowledge of management system best practices.

Technical capability

• A qualification in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001.
• An understanding of Annex SL requirements.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to assess information quickly and reach sound, practical conclusions.
