Reliable, secure technology delivery for learning and campus operations.
In education, disruption has a direct impact on teaching time, student experience, and staff workload. Devices and platforms must be dependable, easy to manage, and aligned to safeguarding expectations, governance, and audit requirements.
Centerprise has a proven track record of delivering ICT solutions and services across schools, colleges, academies, studio schools, UTCs and Multi Academy Trusts nationwide. We support programmes that range from large-scale device refreshes to full campus infrastructure and classroom technology, with practical planning, repeatable build and configuration, secure logistics, and reporting that keeps IT teams in control.
We also help education organisations buy and deploy with confidence through established procurement routes. As a leading supplier on the RM1050 framework, Centerprise has delivered more than 38 Free School ICT contracts over the past 4 years.
Centerprise is also an approved supplier on the Crescent Purchasing Consortium Desktop Hardware framework, providing hardware backed by skilled engineers.
For academies and colleges, Renatus desktop PCs can be custom-built in the UK to individual requirements through CPC Lot 1, alongside portable devices across Microsoft, Google and Apple ecosystems through Lot 2, in partnership with MCC Digital.
From classroom rollouts that need to land with minimal disruption, to campus networks that must support high-density connectivity, we help education organisations deploy and sustain technology with confidence.
Supply, build, configure and deploy laptops, Chromebooks, tablets and desktops for staff and learners, including asset tagging and structured reporting. Designed to reduce disruption in term time, simplify repeat ordering, and lower service desk pressure during change.
Delivery for interactive teaching and shared learning spaces, from classroom displays and interactive projection through to specialist rooms, lecture theatres and digital signage. Shaped around room standards, training needs, and clear ownership for ongoing support.
Wired and wireless networks designed for busy environments and Bring Your Own Device models, supporting consistent coverage, performance, and manageable access for staff and learners across sites.
Practical enablement of digital learning and collaboration, including Microsoft 365 and Google-based environments, so staff and students can access learning resources on-site and remotely with the right controls.
Support for secure access and safe learning environments, aligned to the realities of education. This includes reducing risk across devices, networks and user access, with an approach shaped around safeguarding priorities and data protection expectations.
Ongoing support options that fit your in-house capability, from remote monitoring and planned maintenance to service desk support, training, and structured escalation. We also provide secure, documented routes for device redeployment, reuse, remarketing or recycling where appropriate.
Through YoYoTech, we design, manufacture and install complete esports facilities for education. This includes bespoke arena layouts, custom-built high-performance PCs and peripherals, ergonomic furniture, and arena management software integrations, backed by staff training, BTEC resources, and ongoing technical support.
Schools, colleges and universities face different pressures, but the requirement is consistent: technology that performs reliably, protects users and data, and can be delivered with minimal disruption to teaching and learning.
Schools need technology that teachers can rely on, and that safeguards leads that they can trust. That includes secure access to learning resources, support for blended learning where needed, and rollout programmes that respect term dates, limited on-site storage, and busy staff schedules.
What this looks like in practice
Device refresh and deployment for classrooms and staff teams, delivered with consistent builds and asset control
Wi Fi and network upgrades that support dense usage and Bring Your Own Device approaches where appropriate
Support for digital learning platforms, including implementation support and short-term technical assistance when programmes need to move quickly
Esports and enrichment spaces delivered as managed learning environments, including arena design, installation, and staff enablement
Colleges often run mixed estates across workshops, studios, labs and general teaching spaces. They need devices and platforms that support specialist software, high utilisation, and quick turnaround in shared rooms.
What this look like in practice
Large-scale desktop and laptop estates delivered through structured procurement and consistent configuration
Chromebook deployment and enablement for teaching spaces that need fast, simple access to learning tools
Support for multi-platform environments across Microsoft, Google and Apple ecosystems
Esports arenas and high-performance suites to support BTEC and curriculum-led delivery, with end-to-end design, build, install, and ongoing support
Universities need a baseline of dependable end-user computing for teaching and administration, plus specialist capability for high-demand courses and research. This can include high-performance compute labs for programming, game design, media production, architecture, and sciences, where graphics and data processing requirements are higher.
What this look like in practice
High-performance labs designed for shared access, helping students use powerful resources without needing specialist devices personally
Upgradeable desktop estates that extend lifecycle and reduce the cost of replacing entire suites
Capability to support VR-ready and mixed reality use cases where courses require it
Esports arenas and specialist performance spaces for student experience and course-aligned delivery, including managed arena environments and operational support
Education delivery can fail in the gaps: inconsistent configuration, unclear rollout plans, weak reporting, or limited capacity to install at pace. Our delivery model is designed to close those gaps through repeatable build and configuration, practical logistics, and coordination with estates and contractors.
For new builds and major refreshes, we can integrate into project plans early, attend site meetings, and pre-stage and image devices off-site to reduce time on site and lower rollout risk. When technology needs to move with the organisation, we support transitions between buildings and sites while maintaining continuity for staff and learners.
These standards reflect our commitment to compliance, operational excellence and responsible distribution at scale.

Schools and academies
Global Academy went out to tender for its full ICT infrastructure, including wired and wireless networking, teaching endpoints and AV.
Centerprise supported build coordination through weekly site meetings, then reduced time on site by pre-staging and imaging devices off-site. The delivery included a Hyper V-based server cluster designed for high performance and high availability storage, BYOD-ready wireless design for growth, specialist suites for Apple and Windows, and AV across teaching spaces, lecture theatres and digital signage.
Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
Knutsford Multi Academy Trust required The Studio School infrastructure to integrate into an existing campus network while working within a limited budget.
Centerprise delivered a consolidated wired and wireless approach supporting BYOD, and equipped the Studio with Apple iMacs configured to run both Windows and macOS, alongside professional applications for creative and performance subjects.
The programme simplified management for the Trust and delivered cost savings through consolidation and aggregated purchasing, with ongoing third-line support for Apple equipment and software.
