In regulated environments, technology is expected to be dependable, supportable, and demonstrably secure. Whether you are working to service level targets, protect sensitive data, or satisfy audit and governance requirements, delivery matters as much as design.
Centerprise supports enterprise organisations with end-user devices, infrastructure, communications, security, and business continuity, delivered through practical planning, repeatable configuration, and structured reporting that keeps teams in control.
Regulated organisations operate under constant scrutiny. Controls must be provable, access must be managed, and change must be delivered without creating avoidable risk or service interruption.
Centerprise brings together consultancy, delivery, and lifecycle services, helping organisations standardise builds, strengthen resilience, and maintain oversight through every stage of deployment and support.
From device estates and collaboration platforms to secure infrastructure and recovery services, we focus on outcomes that stand up to governance, compliance, and real operational pressure.
From device programmes that need consistency and strong asset control, to infrastructure and continuity services that protect uptime and data, we help regulated organisations deploy and sustain technology with confidence.
Supply, build, configure and deploy laptops, tablets, rugged devices, desktops and workstations, with consistent imaging, asset tagging and structured reporting. Includes UK custom build and secure configuration options, software installation, performance testing and repeatable standards designed to simplify refresh programmes and strengthen estate control.
Design, implement and support infrastructure across servers, storage, virtualisation, wireless connectivity, backup and cloud transformation. Shaped around operational requirements, recovery objectives, and the governance controls expected in regulated environments.
Services that protect core systems and data, including cloud backup, continuous data protection, Microsoft 365 backup, cloud recovery, ship to site, workplace recovery and business continuity planning. Delivered with a UK sovereignty focus through CiContinuity.
Security design and deployment to protect business-critical data and applications, supported by partner technologies and approaches aligned to GDPR and Data Protection Act expectations. Built to reduce risk while strengthening audit readiness through clear evidence and reporting.
Practical support for transformation programmes, service transition, managed services and software asset management. Designed to help teams plan change, manage risk, and prepare for governance checkpoints, licensing reviews and supplier audits.
Finance, housing, and infrastructure organisations face different operational realities, but the requirements are consistent: secure access to data, dependable service, and delivery that holds up under audit, governance, and stakeholder scrutiny.
Financial and regulated service organisations need technology that supports strict availability targets and rapid recovery. Controls must be demonstrable, data must be protected, and business continuity plans must work under real conditions.
What this looks like in practice
Backup, recovery, and workplace recovery services aligned to recovery objectives and service level commitments
Secure end-user computing and collaboration to support productive, controlled working
Infrastructure and connectivity designed for stability, change control, and resilience testing
Reporting that supports governance, audit reviews, and third-party risk management
Housing providers balance frontline service delivery, distributed teams, and sensitive tenant data. Programmes need consistent deployment, secure retirement routes, and support models that fit internal capacity.
What this look like in practice
Large scale device refresh and rollout across multiple sites, including out of hours deployment where required
Device as a Service models and support options that reduce operational overhead for internal IT teams
Asset management and reporting to strengthen control, renewals planning, and compliance
Secure asset retirement with documented data erasure and disposal outcomes
Infrastructure organisations often run critical services, specialist environments, or complex multi-site operations. They need dependable networks, scalable platforms, and practical delivery that works alongside contractors, estates teams, and operational schedules.
What this look like in practice
Infrastructure modernisation across servers, storage, cloud transformation, and wireless connectivity
Specialist device and workstation delivery for demanding technical workloads
Secure communications and meeting room technology for operational collaboration
Continuity planning and recovery services that support operational resilience
In regulated organisations, delivery can fail in the gaps: inconsistent configuration, unclear rollout plans, limited reporting, or insufficient onsite capacity. Our delivery model is designed to close those gaps through repeatable build and configuration, secure logistics, and coordination with IT, estates, and third parties.
For major refreshes and infrastructure changes, we can integrate into project plans early, support governance checkpoints, and pre-stage and image devices off-site to reduce time on-site and lower rollout risk. Where services must continue during change, we plan around operational schedules and deliver with controlled handover and structured escalation.
These standards reflect our commitment to compliance, operational excellence and responsible distribution at scale.

Following a serious fire at its headquarters, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme implemented its continuity plan and worked with CiContinuity, part of the Centerprise group, to restore workplace operations and core services quickly.
Within hours, teams were moved into a workplace recovery centre with the infrastructure, connectivity, VOIP routing, and end-user devices required to continue operations with minimal customer impact.

Hyde adopted a Device-as-a-Service model as part of a multi-site hardware refresh, with Centerprise delivering pre-staging, asset tagging and imaging, deployment and removal, enhanced warranty, help desk support, and asset management reporting.
Installation was delivered out of hours to minimise disruption, supported by onsite engineers and structured hypercare, alongside secure asset retirement with documented data erasure and disposal outcomes.
