Following a serious fire at its headquarters, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme implemented its continuity plan and worked with CiContinuity, part of the Centerprise group, to quickly restore workplace operations and core services. Teams were moved into a workplace recovery centre with infrastructure, connectivity, VoIP routing, and the end user devices required to continue operations with minimal customer impact.
